Hotel-KombiTicket in the Rhine-Ruhr-Area means:

The room identity-card is valid with personal data from the day of arrival until the day of departure as travel ticket for one person on all bus and train connections of the VRR, including Deutsche Bahn, 2nd class (regional and S-Bahn trains only). In addition, the regulations of the VRR are applicable.

The room identity-card is not transferable and only valid with a photo identity passport.
